Toilet facilities are available but MUST be cleaned at the start and finish of each session. It is YOUR responsibility to do this.
You are required to bring your own hand sanitiser and use it before touching locks/keys doors etc.

You are required to observe current Tasmanian Government social distancing rules; please check with the relevant authority for current distancing rules.
Organisers of Events held at Edinburgh Park must download and complete the Edinburgh Park Facility User Agreement <click here> as well as keeping a register of attendees and their contact details, which should be made available should an outbreak be detected.
The signed Agreement including a current copy of your public liability insurance certificate must be posted or scanned and emailed to Booking officer at
West Tamar Council may offer day hire public liability insurance cover for non-sporting events at reasonable rates. Contact the WTC Recreation Officer for details.

ALL USERS MUST CLEAN UP AND TAKE POO AND HAY AWAY FROM GROUNDS
To keep the hire cost down ALL USERS MUST CLEAN UP THE AREAS THEY USE, including toilets, hall, kitchen
Unless the booking is cancelled due to inclement weather or the state of the grounds
a cancellation fee of 50% of the hire charge, will be due if a booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the booking date.
CHARGES
1. FoEP may charge additional fees where grounds are used for set up prior to an event resulting in limited access for other users.
2. FoEP is unable to restrict other ground users from using any equipment which is left on the grounds prior to, or after, your event
Grounds, Hall, Commercial Kitchen, Showers & BBQ - $150 per day
Grounds & Toilet only - $150 per day
Grounds & Toilet only - casual rider Rate - $10 per rider (shared use with other casual users.)
Hall and Toilets only - $150 per day
Overnight Camping - $10 per horse (or pony) per night
Hall, bathrooms & kitchen - $15.00 p/hour (under 4 hours)
Crockery & Cutlery - Negotiable
Use of WTPC Jumps trailer- contact West Tamar Pony Club - $150 per day
WTPC Games equipment etc - incl as above.
- All horse droppings and hay must be removed from Edinburgh Park.
- Dressage arena must be left clean & raked.
- Hirer is responsible cost of remediation for any damage caused.
CASUAL- SHARED USE OF EDINBURGH PARK Arenas and Grounds. Subject to no other bookings.
USER Group Members (WTPC, TARG, Tamar Polocrosse, WPCTAS) club members, contact your clubs FOEP representative about Casual access charges.
